In short. Ravenmaster is monitoring software that tells you, in plain English, how much stress there is in the global financial system. It is information, not investment advice, and it can be wrong.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel or to a refund.
The reports are for you. Please do not republish or resell them.
Ravenmaster is a service of Online Matters Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10708397), registered office 590 Kingston Road, London SW20 8DN, England. These terms apply when you subscribe to Ravenmaster, free or paid, or use your account. By subscribing, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we use your data.
Ravenmaster is a software service. It reads public market data and official and news sources every weekday, turns them into levels (Stable, Caution, Alert), a Stress Score and plain-English reports, and shows them in your online panel. The sources, indicators and methods may change as we improve the service. We list our sources on our sources page.
Nothing Ravenmaster publishes is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We do not know your circumstances. Readings describe the state of financial markets; they do not predict what any market or investment will do.
Decisions about your money are yours. If you need advice, speak to a regulated adviser.
Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, adds any VAT or sales tax due in your country, and sends your invoice; your card statement will show Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars.
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We remind you by email about 30 days before a yearly plan renews, with the date and the price.
The reports, website, method and design belong to Ravenmaster. You may read, keep and print your reports, and forward an occasional report to a friend or colleague. You may not republish, resell or systematically share them, or copy our data into another product, without our written permission. Please do not scrape our sites or try to reach parts of the service you have not paid for.
The Six Ravens data download is for your own analysis. You may keep the files and use them in your own spreadsheets and models, but you may not share, publish or resell them, in full or in part.
Data we receive from others stays theirs; our sources page credits them.
We work carefully, but we provide Ravenmaster as it is and cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted, complete or error-free. We are not responsible for any decision you make, or any loss you suffer, because of something we published, did not publish, or published late.
If we are otherwise responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not responsible for a delay, interruption or failure of the service caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include problems with the data sources, hosting, email delivery, payment and other services we rely on to provide Ravenmaster (for example a source that stops publishing, or a provider that suffers an outage), as well as internet or power failures, cyber attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, strikes and acts of government. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and resume the service as soon as possible. Such interruptions do not entitle you to a refund. As a goodwill gesture, if one stops a paid plan for more than 7 days in a row, we will extend your plan by the time lost; if one lasts more than 30 days in a row, you may also cancel your plan. Where the law of your country gives you further rights, they apply.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious. If we stop offering a paid plan or the service altogether, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any payment for the time you would not receive.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear disputes. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim there. Please write to us first: most things can be sorted out quickly.
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will tell subscribers by email at least 30 days before a change that affects them for the worse; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.
